Rybarikova, from Slovakia, defeated Li Na in the final, 6-0, 7-6, after knocking off Maria Sharapova in the semifinals. Rybarikova was ranked 58th entering the tournament and will move up in the new rankings - perhaps moving past her previous best ranking of No. 46.
